Delivery Driver
A qualified candidate for the position of a delivery driver must have outstanding
interactive and communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a
team player. Looking for a full-time delivery driver with an ability to work in a fast-paced
restaurant environment. Must be able to prioritize requests and demands made
throughout the day allowing for on-time delivery as needed and required. Ability to
change course if needed. Must have good customer service skills and ability to pay
attention to detail regarding orders or items being picked up or delivered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivery driver will be responsible for food deliveries between store locations throughout San Francisco and South San Francisco for:
•    Catering orders
•    Inter-company deliveries
•    Vendor pickup and delivery
•    Related miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Education and Experience
1.    1-2 years of delivery driver experience.
2.    High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role.
3.    Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture

Requirements:
•    Must possess valid CA Driver’s license and have a good driving record.
•    Must show proof of auto insurance. Company vehicle will be provided.

Catering Support Rep
A qualified candidate for the position must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with catering customers. Must be a team player. Ability to prioritize requests and demands made throughout the day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Maximizing every sales opportunity by cross selling profitable products.
•    Assisting customers with menu selections and event planning.
•    If needed, provide technical support and advice to customers (i.e. allergens).
•    Come up with innovative solutions to customer service problems.
•    Educating customers on products and provide support.
•    Getting feedback and manage complaints from customers.
•    Investigating and resolving customers’ problems.
Preferred Education and Work Experience:
1.    2+ years in catering, café, restaurant, hotel, food/beverage work experience.
2.    High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well asworking knowledge in a similar role. College highly desirable.

Cashier
A qualified candidate for the position of a cashier must have outstanding interactive and
communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a team player. Looking for a
full-time cashier with a pleasing, warm, and inviting personality to meet and greet Focaccia
customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive payments and present change to customers
Able to work in a fast pace, high-volume store
Make coffee and espresso drinks, restock condiments, utensils, chips, beverages, and related supplies
Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
Responsible to ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift
Tasks scheduled for closing period may include clearing of trash, cleaning the front station, and restocking supplies
Other duties as assigned
He/she should be able to restock deliveries pertaining to his/her station and work in standing
positions for up to eight hours per period.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. 1-2 years of cashier/sales experience.
2. High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well as
working knowledge in a similar role.
3. Sufficient mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills.
4. Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority

Dishwasher
Primary objective for dishwasher/dishwashers is to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in preparation for kitchen/commissary operations as well as maintain clean and sanitary environment for restaurant patrons.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
•    Remove industrial garbage containers and industrial recyclable containers from BOH location every morning to outside pick up location.
•    Clean and sanitize restrooms on a daily basis and maintain cleaning log.
•    Clean and sanitize all FOH and BOH floors with specific cleaning materials on a daily basis.
•    Every Friday clean grills, grill filters, and grill hoods in kitchen.
•    Every Friday clean hot-fryer station by draining any unused oil and cleaning and sanitizing hot-fryer station.
•    Every Friday clean wall tiles.
•    Remove and dispose of corrugated boxes every Tuesday and Thursday received from product deliveries.
•    Sweep, mop, and clean refrigerated walk ins on a daily basis.
•    For Commissary location, mop bakery floors every morning as well as wipe and clean bakery prep tables.
•    Clean glass main entrance doors every Monday and Wednesday.
•    For Commissary location, sweep and mop sidewalk area immediately outside South Entrance
•    Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with U.S. laws.
•    Complies with safety and corporate guidelines.
•    Perform additional duties as required.
